The fastest Tablet (according to Performance & Gaming Benchmarks) you can buy in 2023 is… The Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra.

But… There’s a new kid on the block, that threatens to take the crown before Samsung releases the Tab S9 later this year.
That new kid is the Xiaomi Pad 6 Pro. Already released in China, the global variants will be available soon after the launch of the non-pro variant. It uses the same chip as the Samsung Tab S8 line but with an asking price of about 50%. Something to think about.
Notes – Samsung Galaxy Tab: Although all three Galaxy Tab S8 have the same chipset, the larger models have improved cooling and perform slightly better in benchmarks.

The Elephant in the Room: Thermal Throttling
While the Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra is certainly the theoretical fasting in benchmarking performance. It does suffer from thermal throttling after around 5 minutes of sustained heavy load on the CPU & GPU.
